You just can’t make an easier cake than monkey cake. I make this recipe the most in the winter or for a breakfast treat on special days.
Ingredients:
- 4 cans biscuits
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
To mix it up I just layer the biscuits in an angel food pan. Then I cream the other ingredients together and sprinkle over the top. You could add a few nuts to it as well if you like.
Bake it at 350 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes.
