I love to make homemade shower gel for friends and family.
I usually add it to a bath gift basket with the easy recipe attached so they can make their own when what I gifted them runs out.
Have fun and experiment with different fragrances and decorative bottles you can put the the gel in. You can easily make your own shampoo to use in this shower gel recipe if you prefer.
How To Make:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of unscented shampoo
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 12-15 drops of fragrance oil. I like to add vanilla extract.
- Food coloring optional
Directions:
Mix the shampoo and water together first then add the salt and fragrance. I usually only add the food coloring if I am giving this as a gift.
