Saucy Meatballs Recipe

One of my most favorite recipes is my sister-in-laws recipe for saucy meatballs. I just love this recipe and try to wrangle a dinner invitation anytime she is making it.

How To Make:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg

Directions:

Mix all the meatball ingredients together and bake at 400 for 20 minutes. (I use this meatball recipe any time I need meatballs – they are very good and hold together well)

Saucy Meatball Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Rice to serve it over

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan mix your soup, milk, and nutmeg together.
  2. Add your cooked meatballs and heat to boil. Cover and reduce heat simmering for 15 minutes.
  3. Then add 1/2 cup of sour cream and heat for another minute or two. Serve over white rice.
