Bread Pudding Recipe

Bread pudding is a great dessert to have, especially when it is chilly out. I like to make this bread pudding recipe and time it so it is still warm come dessert time. It also only takes a few minutes to get the bread pudding ready for baking.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups 1 inch day old bread cubes (about 3 slices)
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 2 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients and pour them into a 8 x 8 square pan. Then place that pan in a larger shallow pan with 1 inch of how water in it. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
