Bacon and Pineapple Shrimp Recipe

My family loves this shrimp dish that is bursting with flavors.  The pineapple and bacon combination make a real flavorful taste treat.

How To Make:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound of precooked shrimp, I prefer the deveined ones.
  • 1 large can of pineapple chunks.
  • 5 – 7 slices of bacon cooked and chopped.
  • Minute rice.

Directions:

  1. Place your shrimp in a strainer and run under hot water till it is hot.
  2. In a microwaveable bowl heat your pineapple in the juice till it is hot.
  3. Drain the juice and add your chopped bacon.
  4. Add the shrimp to the bowl and stir.
  5. Serve over rice.
