Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound of precooked shrimp, I prefer the deveined ones.
- 1 large can of pineapple chunks.
- 5 – 7 slices of bacon cooked and chopped.
- Minute rice.
Directions:
- Place your shrimp in a strainer and run under hot water till it is hot.
- In a microwaveable bowl heat your pineapple in the juice till it is hot.
- Drain the juice and add your chopped bacon.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and stir.
- Serve over rice.
