Cooking frozen chicken wings in an instant pot is a great time saver and the chicken comes out flavorful and juicy.
Make sure you have a cup of liquid in the bottom of your instant pot. You can use water, broth, juice, etc. Place your trivet in your instant pot and place your separated frozen chicken wings on top of the trivet.
Cook for 12 minutes and natural release for 5 minutes.
While the chicken wings are cooking get whatever sauce you want ready. Line a cookie sheet with foil and place a cooking wrap on top of it. Have your oven ready to broil.
After the 5 minute natural release gently remove them and coat them in small batches with sauce and place them on the cooking rack.
Broil for 3 to 5 minutes on each side and they are ready to eat.
